16 members, including two on Zoom, heard and/or saw member Dick Harris speak on his woodworking hobby. Richard brought in examples of his handmade wooden bowls in four stages of completion and described the process of completing each stage.

 

ANNOUNCEMENTS

 

Approached at the May 24 breakfast, club board members voted to fund bicycle helmets for the bikes to be distributed to Columbia Heights youths on Thursday, June 2.

 

Member Bob Olsen passed a signup sheet for volunteers to work at Fridley 49er Days at the Rotary Fun Run (June 15) and Wine Tent (June 17). The signup sheet will be available again next week, or contact Bob at rolsen444@gmail.com to sign up.
