ANNOUNCEMENTS
 
The club meets again Wednesday, July 8, at Shortstop Grill, with a Zoom option planned. 2020-21 president Kelli Bourgeois will lead her first meeting, with a club business-session program.
 
Craig Malm, Mark Grotewold, and Bob Tholkes volunteered at SACE on Monday, June 29, sorting food items and stocking the SACA store's shelves.

The Dictionary Project, the club's annual fall service project, has as its mission: With the support of local sponsors and volunteers, we want to provide a dictionary to every student in the United States. In this way we hope to help them to improve their communication skills and make the most of their education. Many of our sponsors are also taking the Dictionary Project beyond the United States, to help improve literacy worldwide.
     It's summer 2020 newsletter further notes: " Books...do not rely on artificial intelligence to think for you. Books are not expensive. They are always accessible even when power and internet access may not be."
